DEFIANCE Hall of FAME 2025

The DEFIANCE Hall of Fame will expand once again, as two new members will be inducted during DEFIANCE’s Home for the Holidays, emanating from New Orleans on December 31st.

Lindsay Troy and Dan Ryan will join fellow talent Eugene Dewey, Bronson Box, micro/graphics creator Chris King, play-by-play commentator “Downtown” Darren Keebler, manager Angus Skaaland, and company founder Eric Dane.

Troy, a two-time FIST of DEFIANCE, made her DEFIANCE debut on March 17th, 2014, at Guerrilla Grindhouse World Tour 10 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In her first three years with the company, she forged long-standing rivalries with Team HOSS (and Junior Keeling/Tom Morrow), Curtis Penn, Eric Dane, and - most notably - Bronson Box, whom she bested in the first ever WARCHAMBER match. After a three year hiatus, Troy returned to DEFIANCE in 2020 and picked up where she left off with celebrated matches against Oscar Burns, Cayle Murray, ADV, and Dex Joy, amongst others. She also reunited with her Bestie, Henry Keyes, and her brother-in-law, Dan Ryan, to form the powerhouse stable Vae Victis. Troy has competed and won world championships in numerous other promotions, including PRIME, Empire Pro Wrestling, PTC, and SHOOT Project. She is the current owner, President, and CEO of PRIME.

Ryan, a three-time FIST of DEFIANCE, made his debut on the very first episode of DEFIANCE, The Draft, held in Mobile, Alabama, on November 14th, 2011. Ryan has also competed across various promotions, winning major world championships in CSWA, NFW, and A1E, among others. He returned to DEFIANCE in 2021 after a two-year hiatus and has waged significant battles against the likes of Bronson Box, Eugene Dewey, and Frank Holiday. He is a Taurus, loves spinach puffs, and his house contains the entire state of Texas.

In 2019, Ryan and Troy were accidentally transported to another dimension. After three years of fighting drones, zombies, and bad decisions, they emerged back into this timeline somewhere outside Chicago, Illinois, with no memory of their whereabouts during the preceding three years.

Troy and Ryan were both reached for comment and had the following responses:

Dan Ryan: “My time in DEFIANCE has been some of the most meaningful years in my very long career. There are many names I could list who have been crucial to my success in DEFIANCE, people whose contributions were vital over the past 14+ years, but this seems neither the time nor the place. Instead, I would like to thank myself, since without my talent, hard work, and determination, this Hall of Fame induction would not be possible. I would also like anyone who has a problem with me to kiss my fucking ass, you jealous, untalented turds, and to those who have been supporters and fans… whatever. I am thrilled to be inducted alongside Lindsay Troy, who has been both a treasured friend, staunch ally, sometimes fierce rival, and forever family. Last but not least, thank you for this honor, and please remember, I will always, always… ALWAYS… choose violence. Thank you.”

Lindsay Troy: “I’d like to thank the nomination committee for their consideration and for this honor. I can’t think of a more fitting person to be inducted alongside than Dan, who has been one of my greatest friends and fiercest rivals, in addition to being my family.

“My time in DEFIANCE has not been the easiest; in fact, I’d say it’s been the most challenging of my career, both personally and professionally. However, I have endured, despite those who’ve wished to see me fail. My eternal thanks to those who’ve supported me throughout the years; I endeavor to continue my path of excellence for as long as I’m able. And to my haters, I hope you get papercuts under your fingernails for the rest of your lives, you salty lil bimches.
